Dina is certified to teach the following class types:


Whether you are a beginner or advanced yogi, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher's verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. The five tenets of the method will also be sprinkled throughout the class. 


One-on-one sessions with the student that are fully customised to their level, lifestyle and needs. Ranging from one to one and half hours, the class can range from anything from a challenging workout, to a relaxing restorative session. Student and teacher work together to develop a plan that suits the needs and goals of the student. Get in touch to schedule your private session. 


A four week fundamentals course that focuses more on alignment than vinyasa as follows:

  • week one: standing asanas
  • week two: forward bending asanas
  • week three: backward bending asanas
  • week four: inversions, meditation and "putting it all together."

    Mantra led meditation with guidance, initiated by chanting to clean the slate and lasting for about 20 minutes, followed by a Q&A with the teacher. 


    Moms to be can come and feel supported in this strengthening yet relaxing 60 minutes class. Leave everything behind and make this hour yours, and your own practice.
