Jivamutki Yoga Basics: 4-week fundamentals course
December's Jivamukti Yoga focus of the month is about evolution. Thus, in the spirit of evolution, December classes will be dedicated to teaching fundamentals - starting at the very beginning!
In this four-week fundamentals course, we will break down and explore how to get into physical postures, as well as how to best use props for modifications. This is a great class for any yogi, as even Intermediate and advanced students will also benefit from exploring alignment essentials presented in these classes.
Week One : Standing asanas
Week Two : Forward bending asanas
Week Three : Backward bending asanas
Week Four : Inversions, meditation and putting it all together
Saturdays at 6pm &Wednesdays at 8pm
Location: Inspire Yoga + Pilates, on top of Bystro, next to Jones
Recommend to attend both classes each week, but one class a week is fine too! This class is suitable for beginners, but open to all levels.
You must register and pay for the full 4 week program, and are also welcome to drop into any class at any time during the month - i.e. any Wednesday or Saturday throughout this period until Wed Dec 23rd.
